Daily Duties at Fidelity Bank (First Union):

My 22 year employment at FIDELITY BANK (FIRST UNION) involved responsibility for the following systems: • PROJECT LEADER for the GENESYS payroll/hr system which required: o Updating the system to required vender updates which included the major updates to the Payroll/HR system from the Vendor. o Converting various banks to the GENESYS PAYROLL system when the FIDELITY BANK merged with other banks o All enhancements required by users. Which included:  Implementing new earning and deductions  Implementing benefit interfaces  Implementing 401k processing o Developed a time and attendance reporting system within the GENESYS system to keep track of all time taken and identifying all patterns of time off recorded for all 9000 employees. • PROJECT LEADER for the INSTALLMENT LOAN PROCESSING o Responsible for the conversion to the KRANSLEY INSTALL MENT LOAN SYSTEM. o Implemented the SIMPLE INTEREST loan processing for Fidelity Bank o Responsible for the modification of all programs to support new products that were designed by the bank • PROJECT LEADER for the TELEPHONE INVENTORY SYSTEM o Designed, programmed and maintained a telephone inventory system  The required to build the procedures required to read the AT&T electronic interface tapes  Building the inventory and verifying the data from tapes supplied by the AT&T.  This system was able to identify equipment that was being billed that the Bank did not have
