Daily Duties at Video Studio 12:

As store manager I oversaw all store operations and reported directly to owner. I implemented and oversaw lost prevention tactics, worked with owner to implement and train staff on new software, delegated projects and task to staff, participated in ordering and organizational structure development, planned marketing objectives to increase sales, controlled and lead staff.
