Daily Duties at Central Texas College:

I am responsible for recruiting students and representing Central Texas College. My duties include administrative duties regarding registration, financial aid, and other matters relating to students and the education center. I am responsible for marketing the program, publicizing courses within the local community through the use of briefings, flyers, posters, radio announcements and local policies. I register students for classes; assist them in applying for financial aid, official evaluations, degrees and certificates. I recruit instructors within the community and I ensure that each class meets according to policy and procedures. I disseminate and collect evaluation forms. I am responsible for financial reports and I submit timely accurate and complete registration materials to the Europe Campus Headquarters and the Education Center. I am responsible for planning and coordinating the Djiboutian Head start program that is to be offered at Camp Lemonier. Responsible for recruiting, briefing command and setting up all course material to be offered
