Prepared monthly consolidated and divisional financial statements. Reconciled US, UK and Bulgaria bank accounts. Prepared monthly payroll checks and electronic payroll tax deposit. Calculated and accrued software product royalties monthly. Prepared quarterly royalty reports and checks to vendors. Created special reports analyzing trends for management including sales, marketing and website statistics on an annual, weekly and monthly basis. Forecasted cash weekly. Monitored accounts payable. Performed accounts receivable collection calls to customers with overdue invoices. Created license codes. Screened technical calls resolving error codes or forwarded calls to software engineers. Fulfilled and billed sales orders. Created mail/email invoices and cash sales to customers. Maintained records of customers, contacts, products, etc. in Netsuite and Solver.com database. Entered customer payments received by check, wire transfer and processed credit cards in Netsuite and on Verisign website.

Less important to you are stability of the organization, the length of time an organization has been in business, and the business' plans for the future. You prefer a fast-moving company that will take risks to achieve its goals and objectives. The length of time the company has been in business is irrelevant. Maintaining status quo is unnecessary. You thrive on change, uncertainty and the upside of potential business risks, especially those associated with innovation. Stability for the long haul is not nearly as important as is working in an atmosphere that is charged with a sense of urgency and constant change.
