Prepared Rental statements and Rental Income checks. Reconciled all checks to net income earned for each month. Processed all group commissions and prepare for proper accounts payable payment. Prepared and posted month-end closing entries for the Resort and HOA. Completed monthly sales and use tax returns and occupancy tax returns. Completed daily banking for Resort bank accounts and monthly reconciliations. Maintained record retention compliance for the Resort.
