Daily Duties at The Wise Company:
Assistant Plant Manager/Maintenance Manager 1. Overseeing daily production scheduling 2. Directed overall facilities management (programming, engineering, preventive and corrective maintenance) 3. Successfully simplified manufacturing processes resulting in reduced cost and a safer working environment 4. Scheduled down time for preventive maintenance on machines to keep from interfering with production scheduling 5. Overseeing five facilities in all aspects of safety coordination complying with all state and federal regulations 6. Reports to the president of the company and performs variety of executive functions. 7. Have the knowledge to deal with the ISO 9001 process and what it takes to get certifications 8. Five years experience in poured foam technology water based poly and iso. Calibrations of machine weights and measures. Factory trained to rebuild of all parts of a poured foam machine, hydraulics, pumps, pour heads, valves, 9. Major Skills: Customer service relations, production scheduling, ordering and stocking of parts to stay within a budget, proven ability to multi-task. Installation of the plants computerized maintenance management system. Understanding and troubleshooting of computerized machinery. Vast knowledge of plastics and compounds poured foam machines
