- Demonstrated trade show management expertise by researching trade show books and created a Trade Show Best Practices presentation. Ensured all exhibiting deadlines and logistic requirements were met for 20 trade shows in the United States and Canada. Provided ROI reports, solicited sales team feedback and made recommendations based on acquired leads and new accounts gained. - Contributed to customer retention by managing and promoting webinar events focusing on client training and new service offerings. Attended various webinars, researched white papers and wrote a Webinar Best Practices guide. - Collaboratively wrote the marketing plan and executed the marketing tasks outlined in the business plan. - Proposed and audited the marketing budget. Reduced costs by requiring bids on projects and meeting early event deadlines. - Wrote copy for the Web site, press releases, brochures and one-sheets. - Purchased print ad apace in industry magazines and coordinated production of collateral materials. - Performed quality assurance tests. Ensured surveys functioned properly, collected quality data and met client standards.
