Daily Duties at New United Motor Manufacturing, Inc.:
Responsible for monitoring continuous production line and responding to interruptions and breakdowns. Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize line downtime, while maintaining a safe working environment. Execute PM program and ISO14001 program requirements. Perform Kaizens and ensure proper 5S in all aspects of work. Maintenance performed on Tsubaki floor conveyors, Daifuku overhead Power & Free conveyors, DURR industrial ovens and program Kawasaki robot paths. Utilize Control Logix 5 for programming and troubleshooting Allen Bradley PLC5 processors.
