Daily Duties at Titlemax:
Manage with integrity, honesty and product knowledge that, cultivates a productive staff, to establish lasting relationships with Customers. Plans and communicates standards and goals to ensure the flow of operations and profitability. Reviews store environments to identify problems, concerns and opportunities for improvement in order to provide coaching and development of the Assistant store manager and staff to take action and achieve operational excellence. Utilizes existing tools and analyzes financial reports to identify and address trends and issues and maximizes additional opportunities to further Business development. Utilizes and demonstrates effective management principles and practices creating an environment where Store associates are valued and respected.
