Daily Duties at New United Motor Manufacturing, Inc.:

Oversee all aspects of Maintenance section. Duties include but are not limited to personnel development, strategic planning for maintenance section, ensure proper execution of ISO14001 enviornmental standards, preventative maintenance program compliance, goal setting and budget input and management. Overall management of 28 hourly union team members and 5 salaried supervisors. Ensure compliance with Collective Bargaining Agreement. Ensure continuous improvement of equipment and processes through Kaizens and proper implementation of 5S principles. Utilize the Toyota Production System to ensure maintenance section is utilizing Lean Manufacturing principles.
