Daily Duties at Dallas Independent School District:
Plan individual and group activities to stimulate growth in intellectual, social, and motor skills. · Deliver instruction in the language designated – Spanish / English. · Implement instructional strategies unique to the bilingual classroom. · Use technology to strengthen the teaching/learning process. · Consistently assess student achievement through formal and informal assessment and use results to plan instructional activities. · Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill the requirement of district curriculum programs. · Implement curriculum activities that address the state standards. · Explain and discuss with students all rules and regulations of the school as may be authorized by the principal, the Assistant Superintendent for Elementary School Leadership, or the superintendent.
