• Recorded Daily Customer Purchases and improved timeliness of Billing Process. • Managed all Customer Correspondence, improving customer relationships by providing more accurate and timely feedback to customer base. • Responsible for all aspects of Product Shipment, including selection of freight carriers, preparing foreign and domestic paperwork for shipments, and verification of completed shipments.
