Daily Duties at Trade Press Publishing:

• Responsible for Daily Application of Cash Receipts (Including Debit and Credit Memos). • Placing Collection Calls to insure timely payments and answering all Accounts Receivable Customer Service Inquiries. • Process Accounts Receivable Invoices for Revenue from Advertising Billing for five Publications and Weekly Mailing Lists. • Produce Revenue Summary Reports for the Owner and CFO, to compare Revenue totals for each publication, to prior year numbers. • Maintain Spreadsheet for all Monthly Travel Activity and provide accurate analysis to ensure Travel Budget is accurately projected. • Responsible for Data Entry of Accounts Payable Vouchers for Weekly Check Run and Monthly Bank Reconciliations.
