Daily Duties at Teksystems:
Contracted to Target Corporation. Assigned to deployment and development group which completed cyclical updates on 19,000 workstations involved in retail location operations. Collaborated on error-trending and refinement procedures, partnered in scripting changes to facilitate corrections during installations, provided documentation for long-term support of retail workstations. Led a team of 15 on specific internal projects to change various aspects of the workstations configuration. Tracked progress and generated daily reports for management and technical architects. Provided technical support on various operating system and package deployment issues to my team and the corporate help desk to ensure continuity of support. Worked for other Teksystems’ clients specializing in the deployment and upgrade of workstations and POS servers.
