Daily Duties at Immunomedics Inc. :
Developed, characterized, and purified monoclonal antibodies to be used in diagnosis and therapy for human tumor studies. Developed several monoclonal antibodies against human tumor markers from the hybridoma stage thru the purification stage. Characterized antibodies by ELISA, IEF, SDS-PAGE gel electrophoresis, Western blot, and RIA for human localization studies. Performed Flow Cytometry (FACS). Involved in the production of monoclonal antibodies propagating Hybridoma cells in both an Amicon Hollow fiber chamber and alginate beads in a Bellco glass bioreactor.
