Developed, validated and screened novel immunoassays to support Schering biotechnology products in clinical trials. Developed, validated and performed immunoassays for quanitation of Cytokines in clinical patient samples using ELISA, Biacore biosensor SPR technology, and Igen ECL technology formats. Integrated a Packard Multiprobe workstation to the ECL instrument increasing throughput.
