Daily Duties at Hugh Chatham Healthcare Services:
• Month end closing Journal entries through Financial Statements. • Distribute 80 Departmental Financials to Directors, total Revenue over $ 171 million annually. • Prepare and file all Payroll and Sales tax returns, 750 employees. • Perform projections and other projects assign by CFO • Appointed Treasurer of Auxiliary, by CEO and CFO, October 2002 • Assist the Director of Volunteers in daily management of Gift Shop and Thrift Shop. • Assist the Executive Director with annual Fundraising activities. • Hands on inventory controls to all departments of 81 acute bed hospital, 112 bed skilled nursing home, 46 apartment unit retirement center, a home health agency and hospice.
