Daily Duties at Inside Track:

o Coached young adults on being successful in college by setting goals, creating action items and identifying ways to be effective. o Found creative ways to connect with my students, build motivation and improve my coaching quality, as evidenced by my ability to lead the company in clients returning for another year of coaching. o Led trainings on improving coaching skills and assembled teams to create new projects to better serve our company goals and attended trainings on emotional intelligence and conflict resolution.

What they like about Inside Track:

A hiring company that offers alternative approaches to pay, performance bonuses, and/or equity in the firm is very attractive to you. You're generally less interested in working for an organization offering only traditional, salary-based compensation, one with limited opportunity to acquire equity in the firm, or one that does not actively promote skill development. In addition, you are more likely to choose a company that offers a variety of internal career options, with defined career paths.
