Daily Duties at Paragon Biomedical:

• Expert in monitoring and managing clinical investigative sites. Trained, mentored, and assessed monitors. Demonstrated proficiency in all aspects of monitoring, co-monitoring, mentoring and training. Managed clinical investigative sites, especially challenging sites, according to the Federal Code of Regulations and GCP guidelines, SAE reporting, Paragon’s Operating Standards and Sponsor’s protocol and regulations. Responsible for writing and training others to write high quality trip reports. Conducted monitor assessments, documented and communicated the growth and development needs to the Project Manager/Director of Monitoring.
