Daily Duties at Advanced Clinical Research:
Responsible for Corporate clinical operations management including, strategic planning, yearly Corporate Operational goals development, integral involvement with Core Team in development of short and long term Corporate business plan. Directed operational strategies and monitored progress of over 1300 subjects involved in sixty-six (66) studies at four (4) research sites in Utah and one (1) in Idaho. Monitored progress and adjusted, as needed, actualization of Operations related goals. Actively promoted ACR and affiliated investigators. Supported Site Managers in conduct of new study feasibility and monitor industry trends. Interfaced with PharmAsyst (in-house subject recruitment/retainment subsidiary) to support development of and adherence to strategic Site /Community Marketing Plan. Pro-actively assessed and assured adequate workload (projects) at each Site. Assessed feasibility of all new study leads in conjunction with Site Managers, Director of Finance and Director of Business Development.
