Participated in the maintenance, organization, and distribution of technical records and information. Increased on time submission of timecards. Development of programs, statistical reports using Pivot tables, budgets and presentations using Power Point. Conducts semi-complex analysis, project/process reporting and database/data management Increased office morale by installing coffee makers, new copier/fax/scanner/printer and over-all improving the well being of team. Coordinated one director’s calendar, accepted meetings, redirected people when they were in need of another resource, scheduled meetings with clients, checked his email for urgent matters and pointed them out to him, submitted expenses and was his main go-to woman. Demonstrated flexibility by assuming other administrative roles, therefore, reducing the work load of management.
