*Established and led the human resources function, and operated on executive team to direct the general company-wide business strategy for this international provider of IT outsourcing solutions. *Designed and executed innovative recruiting and hiring programs to consistently beat headcount targets and hire the highest caliber talent available, growing from 20 employees in one location to over 600 in 18 locations (including Ireland) within first 18 months with the company. *Corporate officer and member of the executive leadership team responsible for increasing annualized revenue from under $1 million to over $55.6 million and increasing customer base from five to over 750.
