Owner decided to close business in August, 2008 when plans to sell the agency did not transpire. *Managed all human resources initiatives related to the sale and purchase of the company to mitigate risk and ensure a smooth transition, and prepared related financial models to improve human resources decisions associated with the change in ownership. Owner decided to close business when sale did not take place as planned.
