Responsible for developing marketing plans to lease up newly developed apartment homes. Completed lease agreements, developed and implemented incentive programs for leasing professionals, performed market analysis surveying, in charge of weekly status reports, outside corporate marketing and attended specialized leasing workshops. Assisted with the due diligence process and delinquency reports for the acquisition of many apartment communities across Southern California.
