Daily Duties at Ahold:
Three plus years of progressively responsible experience in system development. I have experience in mainframe applications, tools ,and methods and analysis. Career concentration on business applications development, maintenance and support. I have the ability to work in a stressful environment, handling demanding internal and external customers to their satisfaction. Experience in Cobol programming. I have knowledge in DB2, CICS, VSAM, TSO/ISPF, MVS, JCL,DB2,ENDEVOR and other related mainframe tools. I have a good knowledge of multiple environments, platforms and interfaces. I have a demonstrated knowledge of current and emerging technologies and trends. I am proficient in using structured system development methods and techniques. I have the ability to interface with all levels and across organizational lines. Key skills are observation, curiosity, communication and patience. Shared oncall with 5 other programmers Corrected problems with mainframe jobs Worked daily problem tickets My specialty was city taxes
