Daily Duties at The Carlyle Group:
• Maintain the integrity of the proprietary business that flows through the executive office suite. • Support the visiting top level executives via their executive assistants. • Communicate via email, to top level executives scheduled to be in the West Palm Beach office, who will be in the office suite during their visit. • Answer the executive’s phone upon request. • Greet clients coming to the office for meetings. • Reserve and set up the conference and/or meeting room upon request. • Order lunch for meetings upon request. • Work with D.C. IT staff to ensure all computers, video and printer equipment is working properly. • Office Manager to the satellite executive office suite in West Palm Beach. • Work with building management and maintenance. • Work with various vendors (office suite security system and air conditioning). • Set up, activate and replace security access cards for the executive office suite. • Approve monthly bills and forward to D.C. office for payment. • Inventory and order supplies as needed. • Handle parking issues. • Receive packages and pick up company mail.
