Managed the travel card program at second-largest military installation in continental US. Learned system from creators, and developed training program for both use of card and procedures for travel approval. Conducted training for 10,000 military personnel. Processed full range of recurring personnel actions, which included handling payroll, time and attendance reports on relief basis. Audited files to ensure proper content, labeling and storage. Served as training coordinator, safety manager and records coordinator.
