Daily Duties at Loomis, Fargo & Co:
Directly responsible for Denver Armored Vehicle Fleet Operations. Total P/L responsibility. Manage a budget of over $ 1.4 Million/year. Dotted line responsibility for entire Colorado. Have acquired 9 other States in Area with oversight in all. Met or exceeded all Corporate mandates for expenses, safety, and maintenance procedures. Track vehicle repair costs, Nextel, Expected Component Life Analysis, manage a Denver staff of 6 mechanics operating 20 hours a day, 7 days a week, manage Vendor relationships, proper inventory levels, and provide monthly, quarterly, and annual projections. Travel to Satellite Branches to ensure all Company Directives are being followed and assist Branch Management in all Fleet issues. Provide telephone support for all Branches in any emergency or assist satellite mechanics in trouble shooting or diagnosis of repairs. Provide 9 State counsel on Fleet expenses and provide support to satellite mechanics on meeting projections. Manage employee responsible for providing maintenance and repair of 4 separate facilities in Denver. Created, refined, or implemented proper repair and pm schedules for all mechanical and operational systems concerning facilities, such as a/c, heat, garage doors, phone systems, etc. Maintain a Maintenance PO log and manage repair costs to the P/L.
