Daily Duties at Sara Lee Bakery Group:
Responsible for repair and maintenance, both preventive and emergency, for over 250 units Class 1-8. Multi-State coverage. Track vehicle repair costs. Manage Vendor relationships, training mechanics, proper inventory levels, and provide monthly, quarterly, and annual projections in a Union environment. Establish appropriate staffing and service levels. Administer Performance Reviews and provide positive and negative reinforcement feedback. Insure adherence to production metrics, attendance, and safety programs. Chaired VARB (Vehicle Accident Review Board)
