Daily Duties at Beall's Inc.:
Responsible to the VP of Store Systems to develop, deploy, support and maintain all in-store information systems and processes in a fast paced, high growth environment. Work closely with internal clients to assess ongoing business needs and deliver reliable and secure architected store system solutions. Manage store technology vendors to ensure they consistently deliver high levels of service and support, progressive technology, and competitive solutions. Contribute heavily to the architected, enterprise technology portfolio. Provide escalation services for the store systems Help Desk. Manage three technical support technicians in support of these efforts.
