Conquered 100% Staff involvement. • Fore fronted the start of personal and professional development programs that initiated staff involvement of 30%. . • Trained 200-member management team on interviewing techniques and best practices, conducting workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions that contributed to sound hiring decisions. • Financial Risk Assessment pertaining to determining the level of risk with stocks, mutual funds, property & casualty, and personal & business insurance between clients. The risk assessments determined over 100 Million dollars in savings for organization and individuals. • Designed and implemented product tracking system that increased back-in-sales by 30%. • Designed and implemented sales training that contributed to a decrease of 50% in charge backs. • Wrote business plans to provide future deadline and financial goals for the Organization and staff.
