Daily Duties at Smokey Bones Restuarnt:
Responsible for ensuring a consistent and satisfying dining experience, for every guest every time. Maintaining integrity of all financial controls and responsibilities. Shift Captain: Required to lead the shift by managing others servers and holding them accountable for their assigned responsibilities. Worked along side my managers on a daily basis to ensure quality service and high standards were met on a consistence basis.
