Designed, conducted and analyzed evaluation studies of Smithsonian exhibition and museum audiences. Designed the Smithsonian Institution Marketing Survey (a national survey of arts participation commemorating the Smithsonian’s sesquicentennial), the Smithsonian Economic Impact Study (an analysis of secondary economic data associated with Smithsonian activities), and the Smithsonian Administrative and Technical survey (a paper survey of employees working in administrative and technical positions). Developed programs to produce standardized annual EEOC reports.
