- Project managed 3-10 concurrent SCORM/AICC- and 508-compliant CBT/WBT/ILT training initiatives with similar/disparate deadlines. - Supervised content development teams comprised of software developers, Flash developers, and graphic designers, and delegated work and resources based upon business and client needs. - Applied Adult Learning theory to PowerPoint storyboard-based design and development of courseware for Microsoft (MCSE, MCSD, MOUS, etc.) and Cisco (CCIE, CCNA, CCDE, etc.) IT certification tracks for Fortune 500 companies and individuals. > Goldman Sachs: Designed and developed the first blended WBT/ILT certification track for Cisco’s 6500 line of networking switches. > State Farm: Designed software training for their recently adopted ABS system for insurance agents, and sales training for a new line of insurance products. > Sun Microsystems: Developed sales training courseware for their sales force on their new line of AMD Opteron servers. - Actively collaborated with SMEs on interactions, labs, scripts, demonstrations, treatments, and technical soundness, and effectively communicated training needs to developers. - Employed a diverse array of development applications and technologies, from Adobe’s Creative Suite to TechSmith’s Camtasia to industry-standard and proprietary LMSs like EEDO, to build and deliver content and courses. Accomplishments: - Promoted twice in a year, to Courseware Developer, then to Senior Courseware Developer. - Received Courseware Developer of the Quarter award. - Developed a storyboarding system that reduced media production time and redoes by 30%. - Created storyboarding libraries to reduce e-learning design time by 43%.
