- Applied the ADDIE/SAT process in designing and developing advanced curriculum in chemistry, optical science, and problem solving methodologies for Intel's university-style College Of Engineering. > Trained Bachelors and Masters degree-level engineers via the courses in order for them to improve their skill grade levels and prepare them to take on successively greater levels of manufacturing technicality and responsibility. - Project managed 2-3 concurrent course development initiatives with similar/disparate deadlines through collaboration environments such as SharePoint. - Applied Adult Learning theory to blended learning designs that included SCORM-compliant WBT elements (Adobe Captivate and Presenter), traditional ILT, and collaborative group work that was tied to solving manufacturing problems within the scope of the courses. - Facilitated, delivered, and supported training functions in Blackboard for domestic and international students before, during, and after instructional events. - Developed administrative operations and content standards for the organization. - Interacted with volunteers, SMEs, and executive management on course designs and development, business analyses, and project and program reviews. - Performed as a member of a cross-functional team that handled course development, program and systems administration, and course delivery. - Developed and deployed Kirkpatrick skills and training summative evaluations at the Reaction and Learning levels. - Analyzed the training organization to provide advice, solution recommendations, and influencing on technologies that were adopted, and further aided in the implementation, administration, and support processes. Accomplishments: - Improved Level 1 survey scores by 30%. - Increased defect solutions by 5-7% through coursework-environment integration. - Received Intel’s southwest regional course award for quality instruction. - Implemented the Blackboard LMS and training for administrators and students. - Business Analysis influenced technology and platform adoption ($20,000+). - Self-directed and empowered to make connections and decisions. - Actively built a new training organization with few resources.
