- Served as a self-directed training resource developing and updating SCORM-compliant software training WBTs that complemented IT software development projects supporting Intel’s supply chain business groups. - Project managed 2-3 concurrent training initiatives with similar/disparate deadlines. - Interacted on a daily basis with project stakeholders and executive management on task analyses, demonstration development, project updates, and course delivery. - Conducted performance, job, and task analyses, and applied all stages of the ADDIE/SAT training development process to training interventions that served hundreds of employees domestically and internationally. - Applied Adult Learning theory to training designs for a highly skilled technical workforce. - Developed training materials and communication strategies using a wide range of applications from Microsoft’s Office suite, to Adobe’s Creative Suite and Captivate, and integrated training deliverables into industry-standard and proprietary LMS and intranet systems. - Developed and deployed Kirkpatrick skills and training summative evaluations using tools such as Captivate and Qualtrics. - Facilitated, delivered, and supported training interventions for audiences large and small, domestic and international. Accomplishments: - Improved Level 1 survey scores by 20%, and Level 2 test scores by 9%. - Earned Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) and As-Is/To-Be development experience. - Performed at an exemplary level on projects vital to business and manufacturing operations.
