Daily Duties at Alstom Transport:
Restructure Bill of Material from individual components to supplier based kits. Daily tasks included structuring the kits, negotiating with suppliers, establishing cut-in, create process for management of non-conformance, manage component level inventory disposition, coordinate packaging design, resolve transportation issues, create all documentation and present each kit proposal to configuration management board for approval and implementation.
