Daily Duties at Zlb Plasma:
Monitor attendance of my assigned staff of phlebotomist and lab technicians and report any call ins to managment and document them. Review schedule to ensure coverage for areas. monitor area daily for cleanliness. Stock work area with supplies, designate work areas for staff, send people to lunch or determine the need for staff, work with customers to ensure satisfaction and answer questions, review area logs, document needed info.
