General contracting firm constructing high-rise and multi-use buildings throughout the east coast based in Tampa, Florida. Managed all facets of the company from site selection to project completion. Supervised managers in several states responsible for recruiting, negotiating, estimating and project management. Negotiated with contractors involving sub-contractors, supplies, and project budget. Interacted with customers and staff to resolve building or specification issues. Researched, analyzed, implemented, and maintained budget requirements for each project. Developed and procured contracts with major investors throughout the country for the construction and/or modification of major real estate developments in Florida, Texas, and New York. Oversaw each project and department within the company to ensure that projects were developed on time, within budget, and adhered to the strict guidelines set by the corporation.
