Reviewed traffic deaths and updated certificates with Department of Public Safety data. Entered missing records data and conducted extensive searches through database program. Prepared files with sequence and quality control checks. Maintained query logs, cause of death coding logs and weekly activity reports. Provided assistance via telephone to certifiers, local registrars and other health programs. Interpreted and followed rules, guidelines and procedures developed by NCHS.
