Daily Duties at Us Coast Guard Research & Development Center:

• Facilitated meetings and conducted training sessions with supervisors and project team members. • Developed an automated method of analyzing search and rescue (SAR) records in an effort to indicate performance gaps and make Coast Guard (USCG) SAR processes more effective. • Co-authored and published technical report titled “Search and Rescue (SAR) Program Performance Gap Analysis”. Implemented project results on time and within $250,000 budget. • Presented project results to the Technical Director of the Center, and then to the Chief of the Office of Search and Rescue at USCG Headquarters in Washington, DC.
