Daily Duties at Newfield Industries, Inc. (Newfab):
I ran a crew to fabricate and weld material for oil field manufacturers. I was in charge of ordering gas, supplies, combustibles, and equipment for the shop. I would communicate with customers either in person or over the phone to keep them informed of what was going on and where we were at on their jobs. I made sure that the jobs got done within the time frame that was allowed and that they were done to the standards that the customers had requested. When needed I helped layout, fit up, and weld jobs using Stick, Flux Core, MIG, and some Spray Arc.
