Recieved inbound calls, assisted customers in recieving packages on time, sending traces out ot terminals, call dispatchers to contact drivers to give accurate delivery notifiction, credit card updates, sent messages to sales representatives to assist customers with questions about their accounts,also gave information to customers about shipping rules and regulations.
