Daily Duties at Lear Siegler Services, Rc26 Program:
•Provides immediate administrative support to Program Manager and his management staff. •Responsible for assisting with the preparation of monthly operational reporting requirements to the government. •Schedules appointments, meetings, teleconferences, and travel arrangements for the Program Manager and program management staff. •Serves as the timekeeping coordinator for 21 sites consisting of 110 personnel. •Maintains meeting minutes and action items for formal and informal reviews with the government and LSI senior management. •Prepares routine and non-routine correspondence, reports, and materials for publications and presentations for executive level management. •Prepares and delivers oral presentations such as briefings, and training sessions. •Tracks, compiles, and reports individual and unit deployment statistics.
