Daily Duties at Teserra Pools And Spas:
building pools, and spas, water features, boulder landscaping,masonary construction,barbeques,lighting,per plans. on a daily basis scheduling of excavation and rebar steeling and pre plumbing and city/county inspections once it passes gunite (concrete shot in in place)underground plumbing and inspection afterwords,backfill and grading,bringing gates/entrences up to city codes repair landscape damage and final city inspections this work is per pool and usualy I handled up up to 100 pools in different stages of compleation fully responsible for all pools and compleation times
