Daily Duties at Spx Corp.:
Selected to lead all HR operations for Service Solutions, overseeing operational budgets, compensation and benefit programs, employee relations, performance management, recruitment and staffing, succession planning, job slotting/classification, strategic planning and execution and organizational leadership development. Directly supervised seven HR Business Partners and the Facilities Manager supporting over 1200 employees in ten locations in North, Central and South America.
