Daily Duties at Convergys:

* Communicate with human resources to insure payments are paid correctly to employees. Verify employees eligibility for: Short term disability Long term disability vacation leave emergency leave workers compensation. * Ensures employees receive correct payroll upon leave and return to work * Conduct detail orientated payroll audit for semi-weekly and bi-weekly employees * Answer phones to reduce back up calls for employers on benefits. * Write and mail approval and disapproval letters to employers concerning benefits. * Write and send benefit reports to employers and human resource by email.
