MAIN CONTROLLABLE RESPONSIBILITIES; HITTING OR EXCEEDING SALES BUDGETS; PAYROLL AND SHRINK CONTROL; AS WELL AS ALL OTHER CONTOLLABLE P-L LINES. REGION EXCEEDED 115 MILLION DOLLARS IN ANNUAL SALES.
