• Negotiated, effectuated and managed a multitude of private and public contracts, including construction, information technology, hardware and software solutions and escrow agreements, commercial real estate sales, development and leases, franchise agreements and share exchanges • Successfully prosecuted and defended complex and non-complex jury and non-jury cases involving a wide array of subject-matters in State and federal courts, as well as in administrative hearings and alternative dispute forums as sole, lead or supporting attorney • Supervised and trained associate attorneys and paralegals and instrumentally contributed in the firm’s planning and management • Advised and maintained a variety of private and public entities as corporate counsel for government, banking and financial services, information technology, real estate development, elder care, construction, oil and gas distribution, architects, engineers, physicians and manufacturing entities • Firm expert in analyzing, strategizing and implementing most successful tactics for uncommon or difficult projects, cases and contracts • Promoted to partner in AV-rated firm after only three (3) years due, in part, to exceptional litigation record and earnings
