Supervised and directed & managed all aspects of Tanny's Personal Fitness Centers in their day-to-day operations Coordinated and prioritized various functions including front desk management, sales & marketing, hiring & training staff and trainers, and customer care. Reported directly to the CEO; discussed and communicated all necessary information to executives Achievements: Tanny’s Personal Fitness was voted “The Best Training Club in Los Angeles” by the Daily News three years in a row, 1999-2001, increased the company base in sales and customer base by 60% by improving the personal training department and marketing initiatives.
